We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Camille Plews is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in the materials and content.  All materials created by Camille Plews on www.camilleplews.com and www.clientattractionsalesaccelerator.com are protected by the copyright laws of England and Wales.  Unauthorised use of the content may violate copyright laws.

Visitors may view content for own personal use.  Members who have purchased content inside of www.camilleplews.com | www.camille-plews.com or www.clientattractionsalesaccelerator.com may download all content, worksheets, workbooks and trainings for own personal, non-commercial use only.

All content is provided in the English language only.

You may not sell, copy or modify any of the materials and content provided.  

If found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal action will be taken.

When addressing financial matters, we do so with as much accuracy as possible.  We make no guarantees that you will achieve the same earnings as those disclosed within www.camilleplews.com | www.camille-plews.com or www.clientattractionsalesaccelerator.com.  There is no assurance you will do as well.  Monetary results are based on many factors.  We have no knowledge of your work ethic, background or work experience.  We will work with you and try our utmost to help you succeed, but cannot guarantee your earnings.

All payments made to us for services are non-refundable.

Deposits paid to secure enrolment are non-refundable.  

You agree to these terms upon payment.

This is a work-based guarantee.  

If after the number of days stipulated on the sales page, you've implemented all of the content included in the course / programme and you don't get the results as stipulated on the sales page, hand in your homework (you'll see the actions and homework at the end of each lesson) and submit evidence so I can see you've tried and you'll get a full refund.

You MUST apply for the refund within 7 days of the refund guarantee and also hand in your homework and submit evidence to show you've tried within the 7 day window.  Failure to do so will result in no refund being given.

This is a work-based guarantee.  

If after 6 weeks of the programme start date, you've implemented all of this and you don't have AT LEAST 3-5 mid-high ticket clients*, we'll work with you indefinitely until you do!**

*Mid ticket pricing ranges from $450 - $1,500.  High ticket pricing ranges from $1,500 - $10,000.

**To qualify, you must hand in your homework (you'll see the actions and homework at the end of each lesson) and submit evidence so we can see you've tried and you'll qualify for further help & support until the promised result is achieved.

You MUST apply for this extra support within 7 days of the guarantee (6 weeks after programme start date) and also hand in your homework and submit evidence to show you've tried within the 7 day window. Failure to do so will result in no extra support being given.

In the event you wish to cancel private mentoring sessions / enrolment to the Client Attraction Sales Accelerator Programme prior to enrolment, a termination fee of £500 will apply.

No refunds or cancellations will be made after enrolment.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to change or modify our services at any time.  

Some parts of the service are available with a payment plan.  You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis.  You must continue the monthly payments until the end of the contract stated upon purchase.

If found to be in breach of this requirement, legal action will be taken.

a. To infringe upon or violate ours or others intellectual property rights

b. To harass, abuse, slander, harm, disparage, discriminate 

c. For unlawful purposes

d. To solicit others to participate in unlawful acts

e. To collect or track the personal information of others

f. To spam

g. To interfere with the security features or transmit malicious code or viruses to affect the functionality of the sites

We reserve the right to terminate your use of using the services on any of our sites or platforms if you violate any of these terms.

We do not sell products or services to children under the age of 18.  Those under 18 must first obtain permission from their legal parent or guardian to use the site/s www.camilleplews.com, www.clientattractionsalesaccelerator or www.camille-plews.com

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
